Peony are truly a seasonal flower with the best availability being in May and June, availability tapers off in July and they have sporadic availability September through November. We import peony from Holland, New Zealand, Alaska and when in season we like to buy from local farms in the North East USA. Peony come in all shades of pinks, whites and reds. We typically sell peony by the bunch of 10 stems but the stem count may vary from farm to farm. Our peonies arrive with the bloom closed. It is recommended to cut and hydrate 2-3 days before using them in a bouquet or centerpiece in order to allow the flower to open. Peony will have a vase lifespan of 4-7 days or longer if left in a cool location.
